Cutoff Marks Information

What are Cutoff Marks?

Cutoff marks are the minimum marks required to qualify the examination. These marks are determined based on factors such as:

  • Total number of candidates who appeared
  • Number of vacancies available
  • Difficulty level of the examination
  • Performance of candidates
  • Reservation requirements

How are Cutoff Marks Determined?

The India Post recruitment board analyzes the answer keys, candidate performance, and vacancies to set category-wise cutoff marks. Separate cutoffs are maintained for General, OBC, SC, ST, and other reserved categories.
